Clarity Eye Center is committed to caring for our patients!

Due to the current public health emergency with COVID-19 we will be using Telemedicine to help us care for our patients.  

Here at Clarity Eye Center, we call our telemedicine visits “virtual visits”.  Virtual Visits are visits that take place in a virtual video chat format using a secure platform called Bluestream Health.  Virtual Visits will allow us to care for our patients while continuing to help our communities to stay safe and healthy.

Step by step instructions are location at the bottom of this page along with important items to note for your virtual visit.

We will continue to see patients for emergencies such eye injuries, flashes and floaters or eye pain. 

We are able to do glasses prescriptions, pressure checks and images of the eye in a quick in-office appointment with the tech and then you follow up with the physician during a virtual visit from the comfort of your home. We are practicing social distancing and disinfecting to ensure your safety.

We are able to care for many needs virtually, including:

vision changes

glaucoma

dry eyes

diabetic eye exams

macular degeneration

red eye

In preparation for your visit:

1. Make sure you have good cell phone/internet access.
2. You are in a quiet place.
3. You have your glasses.
4. Medication list.
5. Someone from our office will be reaching out to you for copay or deductible relative to your visit. Note: some insurances are waiving the copay for Virtual Visits during this time.
